This training aid explores universal concepts of ethics applied to law enforcement. It has two parts: “Discussion and Self-study Guide”; and “Readings.” Both explore concepts of Leadership, Public Trust, and Character. This document was used to supplement class activities for all ranks of FBI personnel, as well as with Executive Development Programs which are part of the FBI Training Division’s mission to provide continuing education to Federal, State, and Local law enforcement leaders. Instructors, students, public servants, and people interested in ethics will find this helpful and stimulating.
