The ever changing business environment and the technological advancements pose universal challenges to the organizations in the shape of global markets, technologically advanced competitors. Visionary leadership can yield greater organizational benefits by steering the organizations out of these pressing situations. This book has introduces a unique model of visionary leadership into the stream of contemporary management literature. This empirical work conceptualizes visionary leadership as moderator between the relationship of organizational commitment and organizational performance for the first time.
